价值中枢和企业信息系统可以将诸如购买、使用、销售、功能集成、价值再创造等多项过程整合在一起,在这里,价值中枢的作用更多地体现在过程上,由此创造的产品(或服务)才能以独有的属性满足顾客特定的需求,并以一种顾客认可的成本体现给顾客--新的价值才能创造出来,这就是一个顾客介入的价值再创造过程,是企业价值中枢对关联企业的波及效应过程.
