Abstract：
中外合作办学是我国教育体制改革中出现的新的办学形式.从北京地区的情况看,中外合作办学尽管发展迅速,但仍存在许多涉及办学目的、学历、税、外汇及办学主体法律地位等方面的法律问题.本文在分析这些问题的基础上,提出了完善我国中外合作办学法律制度的法律建议.
