Abstract:
采用电子束对等离子喷涂CoCrW涂层进行了重熔处理,对重熔前后CoCrW涂层的组织及其抗微动磨损性能进行了分析.结果表明,电子束重熔消除了原等离子喷涂层的层间氧化物、孔隙和层状结构,重熔层与基体形成冶金结合,得到以钴基固溶体为基体,以复合碳化物为强化相的细晶组织,抗微动磨损性能是原等离子喷涂层的13.3倍.
