Abstract:
对浸泡在强润湿性液体中的光滑传热表面的沸腾起始状态进行了实验及理论研究.结果表明,用以起沸的活化胚胎的生成、长大及脱离均是在壁面孔穴内完成的,且沸腾起始对应的孔穴尺寸及最小平衡汽泡半径均随液体与壁面接触角增大和液体温度降低而增大,但都保持在微米量级.最后就各因素对沸腾起始温度的影响进行了机理分析.
