资金严重短缺是高新技术成果产业化的瓶颈问题,风险投资作为一种高风险与高收益并存的投融资机制,是解决高新技术产业化资金不足的重要途径.而在实际运作中,必须注意降低和防范风险,提高成功率,才能吸引更多的人加入风险投资行列.
