Abstract：
以通用电路仿真软件Pspice的现有器件模型为基础，依据器件手册提供的典型数据，建立了绝缘栅双极型晶体管（IGBT）的组合模型，并采用非线性电容来表征器件的寄生电容． 利用所建立的模型，对IGBT的静态特性和动态特性进行了仿真． 仿真的结果通过硬件实验得到了证实．
