Abstract：
通过机械合金化:热处理法制备钼硅化合物,研究了钼、硅混合粉末相的变化,结果表明,在机械合金化过程中,Mo-66.7at.%Si粉末能形成MoSi2,继续球磨,MoSi2非晶化,Mo-37.5at%Si和Mo-22.5at.%Si粉末不能形成Mo5Si3和Mo3Si,只形成Mo的过饱和固溶体,继续球磨,也发生非晶化,将非晶粉末进行适当热处理后,可以得到MoSi2、Mo5Si3和Mo3Si.
