啁啾(chirp)介质反射镜是近年来发展起来的新型色散补偿元件.用它取代或结合通常的"棱镜对"色散补偿装置,可以直接从激光振荡器中获得短于10fs的光脉冲,或从脉冲放大-压缩系统中获得短于5fs的光脉冲.本文介绍各种啁啾反射镜的原理及其在fs脉冲固体激光器中的应用.
