Abstract:
采用空间-角度复用的三维盘式全息存储技术,在盘状掺铁铌酸锂晶体的一个扇区内,沿5个轨道存储了1万幅高分辨率的二值图像.存储密度达1.04Gb/cm3,并获得了均匀的衍射效率,其值为(3.4±0.7)×10-5.本文给出了多轨道存储主要参数的确定方法及实验达到的存储器性能指标.实验验证结果与理论分析符合较好,表明三维盘式全息存储在超大容量信息存储技术中的应用前景.
