Abstract：
生物体内进行的代谢反应错综复杂.但生物体是在动态平衡状态下生存发育的.因此,任何一类生化反应都应有一定的约束条件,并在最优化原理的支配下完成.基于这样一种认识,提出了利用最优化改进单纯形法计算微生物反应的代谢途径的方法.文中给出了黑曲菌进行柠檬生产反应的应用实例.
