Abstract：
A decomposition method of the pitch-cycle waveform of the Linear Predictive Residual(LPR-PCW) is proposed in this paper. The speech quality produced by linear prediction speech coding model based on this decomposition at 2400 bit/s closes to 4800 bit/s CELP algorithm.
