Abstract:
磷酸钛氧钾(KTiOPO4,KTP)晶体是一种性能优良的非线性光学材料,它具有大的非线性光学系数与电光系数、宽的透光波段、能在较宽的温度范围内实现Ⅰ,Ⅱ类位相匹配、高的激光损伤阈值、热稳定性优良、能量转换效率高等优点.正因为它具有这些优良性能,从而促成了KTP晶体广泛地应用于激光倍频、和频和差频、光参量振荡与放大以及电光调制、Q开关和声光调制等技术范畴.
