Abstract：
将机械合金化 (MA)和自蔓延高温合成方法 (SHS)制得的MoSi2 粉末进行烧结 ,研究了两种粉末压块的烧结工艺。结果表明 ,在烧结时间一定的情况下 ,MA粉末压块比SHS粉末压块烧结后所达到的相对密度高 ,而烧结温度略低 5 0℃左右 ;在烧结温度一定的情况下 ,两种粉末压块的相对密度随时间的变化都不大 ,以 1～ 1 5h为宜。
