Abstract：
利用我们正在研制的新型大功率激光光束光斑质量诊断仪 ,实现了大功率激光光束横截面的功率密度分布测量 ,并给出了计算光束位置、束宽、焦点位置、焦斑大小、发散角、焦深和光束质量因子等相关光束参数的数学处理方法。
