Abstract:

  本文采用小裂纹闭合系数修正公式来表示小裂纹的扩展速率公式,由da/dN-△eff基线确定材料参数C*、n*和试件的裂纹闭合系数U(R),并且采用测量材料的微观缺陷(孔洞、夹杂物等)的等效长度和断裂韧性定义的方式来确定初始裂纹长度a0和临界裂纹长度ac,得到试件的疲劳全寿命。通过对6156 铝合金激光焊接对接接头的疲劳数据,验证了疲劳寿命预测结果与试验的结果吻合较好。
