Abstract:
采用戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,硫酸(H2SO4)为催化剂,对层层自组装(LbL)制备的(PEI/PSS)4.5-PAN复合纳滤膜进行交联改性,红外光谱(FTIR)和热分析(DCS)表征了交联前后复合膜的结构,研究了交联前后的复合膜纳滤截留Ni2+性能变化.结果表明,交联度增大,聚电解质的热稳定性越大;当交联剂浓度为5.0wt%,催化剂浓度为0.50wt%,30℃交联24 h后,交联改性复合膜对500 mg/LNiCl2溶液的截留率为98.8%,单位压力下通量为24.6 L/(m2 · h);与未交联改性复合纳滤膜相比,复合膜的截留率有所提高,同时还保持较高的通量,并显示良好的长期运行稳定性.
