Abstract：
本文总结了中国传统文化中的＂天人合一＂理念和儒道文化中可借鉴的部分，通过系统的分析都江堰水利工程，包括鱼嘴分水堤、飞沙堰溢洪道、宝瓶口引水口三大主体工程的设计特色和成功经验，以期就合理保护和利用资源，化害为利，防灾减灾提供启发和借鉴。
