Abstract:
三硫脲硫酸根合锌(ZTS)晶体是一种性能优良的金属有机配合物非线性光学材料,通常采用水溶液法生长。但ZTS在水中溶解度和溶解度温度系数相对较小,生长大尺寸晶体较为困难,而且晶体宏观质量对生长环境比较敏感,经常出现母液包藏。国内外研究表明添加剂和pH值的变化是改善上述状况的有效途径。
