Abstract:
采用液-液掺杂结合粉末冶金法制备了含75wt%铼的铼钨混合基阴极,用俄歇电子能谱(AES)研究了阴极在激活过程中表面活性元素的分布情况.实验结果表明,阴极激活2.5 小时后表面活性元素Ba、O 原子分布趋于平衡,有利于电子束的稳定发射.稳定状态下Ba、O 原子与基体原子(Re+W)的原子百分比分别为0.35 和0.13.
