Abstract:
YBCO涂层超导由于其优异的低温性能及其潜在的价格优势在诸多领域都有很好的应用前景。为了实现YBCO涂层导体的实用化,提高YBCO涂层超导的导电能力十分关键。采用成本低廉的TFA-MOD方法,通过单次、两次涂覆在LaAlO3基底上制备了单层膜和厚度达到500nm的YBCO双层膜,并研究了YBCO单双、层膜的微观结构、取向、表面形貌以及超导性能。研究发现,单层薄膜的Jc值达到11MA/cm2,达到了359A/cm带宽。
