Abstract:
以超高强淬火钢22MnB5搭接焊点结构为研究对象,使用成组疲劳试验方法对拉剪型点焊样件进行疲劳性能试验。利用ANSYS软件对其静强度进行仿真,使用FE-SAFE软件计算焊点疲劳寿命,并与试验值进行对比,结果吻合较好。计算结果表明,两焊板焊核的间隙处、焊核与塑性环交界面处的应力较大,易发生疲劳断裂,寿命最小点同应力最大点位置相同,焊点裂纹由此处萌生,并由内向外扩展直至表面贯穿失效。
