Abstract：
目的 建立一种快速、准确的测定谷物食品中总烟酸含量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法 。通过该方法 的建立，克服微生物法测定谷物样品中烟酸的缺点，提高了方法 的精确性与稳定性，减少了分析检测时间，符合食品工业化生产的需要。
