Abstract:
首先对CMT电弧增材制造5356铝合金横向及纵向试样采用轴向恒幅疲劳试验,采用扫描电子显微镜对疲劳断口微观形貌进行分析。结果表明,疲劳裂纹一般萌生于撕裂面或气孔处,横向及纵向试样的断裂方式均为穿晶断裂,疲劳条带形貌清晰可见,瞬断区存在大量的韧窝,表现出韧性断裂特征。
