Abstract:

搅拌摩擦增材制造(Friction Stir Additive Manufacturing,FSAM)是在搅拌摩擦焊接(Friction Stir Welding,FSW)基础上发展起来的新型固相增材技术。增材工艺参数对FSAM成型过程、成型构件力学性能影响显著。对2mm厚AZ31镁合金板件进行多层增材实验,测试增材试样力学性能,对FSAM构件力学性能受转速变化的影响规律进行分析。结果表明,三层增材构件拉伸强度随转速上升而下降,抗拉强度均低于母材强度。
