Abstract:
本文首先对各构件进行受力分析,分析滚筒和各轴承座处的受力,据此对机架进行拓扑优化设计,根据拓扑优化结果对机架结构进行加筋设计.优化前后结果对比表明,在总体积基本相同的情况下,整体最大应力减小23.4%,轴承处最大应力减小36.1%,优化设计方案优于初始设计方案.
