Abstract:
以泡沫玻璃配合料粉磨为研究对象,采用干法粉磨工艺,选用五种助磨剂:三乙醇胺、丙三醇、木质素磺酸钠、液态水玻璃和三异丙醇胺,通过改变助磨剂的掺量,以粒度来评价助磨剂对泡沫玻璃配合料粉磨效率的影响.结果表明:随着助磨剂掺量的增加粉磨效率提高,但粉磨效率存在极值,极值大小与助磨剂种类和用量有关.助磨效果最佳的助磨剂为三乙醇胺,其最佳掺量为0.4‰,粉磨平均粒径可达13.416μm,较无助磨剂的配合料平均粒径下降42.60%.
