Abstract:
本文制备了基于磁性纳米粒子固定化微囊藻毒素-(亮氨酸-精氨酸)抗体(anti-MCLR)的免疫传感器,在不同浓度的MCLR标准溶液中进行孵育,采用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)进行检测.氧化峰电流值与MCLR浓度在0.1~100μg/LMCLR范围内呈良好的线性关系.
