Abstract:
以工业石灰石、粉煤灰及纯化学试剂为原料配制相同成分的高炉渣,熔融高炉渣分别采用风冷、水冷和液氮冷的方式冷却,结合XRD、SEM和IR测试方法研究了冷却方式对高炉渣结构及水硬活性的影响.结果表明:冷却方式对高炉渣的玻璃体含量、晶粒尺寸和分布均匀性有重要影响,结晶相颗粒越细小和均匀,越有利于高炉渣后期的水化反应和强度发展.高炉渣玻璃体含量与水硬活性未呈现正相关关系,渣中存在适量结晶对其水硬活性有益.
