Abstract:
本文用乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)催化乙酰硫代胆碱(ATCl)水解,生成的硫代胆碱可自组装到金盘电极表面,当以三联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)32+)作为发光试剂而硫代胆碱能作共反应物时,在1350mV获得了明亮的电化学发光信号,电化学发光强度与乙酰硫代胆碱浓度在1.0~50.0mmol/L的浓度范围呈线性关系.
