Abstract：
本文简要介绍了互联网众筹的涵义及法律主体,结合我国互联网众筹的发展情况,介绍了当前互联网众筹的几种模式,并分析了存在的法律风险.最后借鉴美国经验,提出了我国对众筹法律体系完善的建议.
