Abstract:
针对齿轮箱中轴承故障信号往往夹杂齿轮啮合振动信号的问题,本文建立了一个齿轮箱仿真模型,此模型在前人建立的模型的基础上,充分考虑了齿轮啮合时重合度不同对齿轮啮合刚度的影响,并且引入单元谐振器模拟出现故障后轴承元件的高频固有振动,使用ode45微分求解器对轴承外圈进行动力学仿真分析,得出故障仿真信号,然后采用包络分析技术处理得到的信号.仿真结果验证了仿真模型的有效性和正确性.
