Abstract:
研究了不同水温下,热水系统联合UV/TiO2消毒反应器对微生物的灭活过程.高水温通过凝固蛋白质灭火微生物,同时TiO2在紫外光照射下产生强氧化物羟基自由基.实验重点考察了灭菌前后微生物菌落数的变化,并分析比较了水温分别为50℃和60℃时系统的散热量.结果表明,在50℃的水温下,持续15min的灭菌可使细菌总数和异养菌灭活率均达到84.6%,同时在系统流量为3t/h,通过UV/TiO2消毒反应器的水温为50℃时,灭活后细菌总数和异养菌灭活率分别达到91.9%和97.3%,此时嗜肺军团菌也全部被灭活.
