Abstract：
以奥氏体不锈钢焊接试样为研究对象,通过过载拉伸,使其产生不同的应变量(0,0.2％,1％,3％,6％,10％),卸载后分别测量焊接件的残余应力,以此探究热影响区与焊缝处消除残余应力的最佳方案。结果表明：当总应变为3％-6％时,试件焊缝附近的残余应力达到最小值,残余应力的消除效果达到50％-80％。
