Abstract:
通过溶胶凝胶法制备氧化钇、活性盐和钨均匀掺杂的前驱粉末,结合氢气高温烧结制备得到稀土氧化物Y203掺杂压制新型钡钨阴极,并测试热电子发射性能和二次电子发射性能。结果表明粉末元素分布均匀颗粒细小,高温烧结过程形成有利于发射的活性物质,促进了阴极的发射。
