Abstract:
本文采用光纤激光和Slab CO2激光焊接工业纯铁,利用高速摄像观测焊接等离子体形态,采用光谱仪探测等离子体光谱,并利用波尔兹曼图法计算等离子体电子温度。结果表明:在相同条件下,光纤激光焊接等离子体的温度比CO2激光焊接低,但等离子体的面积和高度在He和Ar保护下呈现出相反的规律。由于两激光的波长差异较大,光纤激光焊接等离子体的行为特性与CO2激光焊接间存在较大差异。
