Abstract：
本研究根据职业体育俱乐部实施越轨行为的对象,分类阐述了职业体育俱乐部对运动员、联赛关联方、政府和社会的越轨行为,从社会转型期、制度、联赛规范的角度,讨论了这些越轨行为产生的原因,并提出了相应的法律控制措施.
