Abstract：
本文通过数值模拟的方法对柴油发动机连杆进行有限元仿真。研究中使用三维软件Pro/e建立了连杆模型,在考虑重力、旋转惯性力和螺栓预紧力作用基础上,通过ANSYS软件中Workbench模块,对连杆在装配后的最大拉伸工况进行静力仿真,通过静力计算结果的比较得到连杆在典型工作状态下的最大应力,为后续疲劳计算以及动力仿真提供参考。
