Abstract：
近年来，党和政府为适应社会发展新变化提出了“社会管理体制改革”的战略性任务，社会管理创新受到社会各界日益广泛的重视。本文仅从当前越来越受关注的互联网舆情入手，谈谈网络时代社会管理创新的问题。
