Abstract:
以硝酸铋和偏钒酸铵为原料,以十二胺(DA)为表面活性剂,Na2S和硫脲为硫源,采用聚醇-水热法分别制备了硫掺杂的BiVO4(BiVOS-Na2S、BiVOS-Thiourea-Ⅰ和BiVOS-Thiourea-Ⅱ),利用多种技术表征了所得样品的物化性质,测定了其在可见光照射下对亚甲基蓝和甲醛降解的光催化活性.结果表明,BiVOS-Na2S、BiVOS-Thiourea-Ⅰ和BiVOS-Thiourea-Ⅱ均为单向单斜晶体结构,比表面积为8.4-12.5m2/g,带隙能为2.40-2.48eV.在可见光照射下,BiVOS-Thiourea-Ⅰ对亚甲基蓝和甲醛降解的光催化活性最高,这一优良光催化性能与其较高的表面氧浓度和较低的带隙能相关.
