Abstract：
本文介绍为了应对不断上升的房价和中低收入阶层的住房困难,“十一五”期间,北京的住房政策体系逐步完善,住房政策体系覆盖了除非户籍人口以外的中低收入人群,包括两限房在内的政策性住房建设力度也在逐年加大.但是在北京住房政策中存在政策性住房供给数量不足，政策房准入标准多年未变，政策还处在探索尝试时期等问题。
