Abstract：
简要回顾了地震工程研究的发展历程,分析了工程结构抗震技术的现状和发展方向,对生命线工程和城市综合减灾以及提高城市防灾技术的研究和应用水平提出若干意见,并对单灾种防御到多灾害综合防御体系建设提出建议。
