Abstract:
近二十年来,主要用于检测材料表面微/纳米尺度力学性质的纳米压入技术发展迅速。本文通过纳米压痕法测量了磁脉冲焊接焊缝过渡区的硬度,比较了完全融合区与未完全融合区的硬度变化。研究结果表明,纳米压入技术是测量焊缝过渡区硬度的有力工具,并可作为有效的实验手段对焊缝的力学性能进行评定。
