Abstract：
工科教育在我国高等教育和国民经济建设中占有重要地位。通过分析国外高等工程教育在实践环节组织和设置的特点,结合对本校水专业学生进行的有关实践环节的问卷调查,对我国的高等工程教育的实践环节创新提出建议。
