Abstract：
面对国内严峻的就业形势和学生的巨大就业压力,高校应该深入掌握大学生的就业状况,有针对性地及时做好他们的思想政治教育工作,帮助他们顺利地就业。文章以北京工业大学为例,阐述了思想政治教育工作在大学生就业工作中的重要意义和具体举措,以期待切实帮助大学生解决就业问题。
