Abstract:
<正>研究了动脉壁增厚对脉搏波传播的影响。将非定常的血流假设为层流、黏性不可压缩牛顿流体,动脉壁假设为线弹性、各向同性、不可压缩。通过构造流固耦合算法,利用有限元方法数值仿真了脉搏波在正常和增厚的动脉壁厚度两种情况下的传播。数值结果表明动脉壁增厚使脉搏波传播加快,时间延迟不能清楚地观测到。与正常动
