Abstract:
<正>宽禁带和高激子结合能使得氧化锌具备了室温下短波长发光的有利条件,在紫外探测、LED、LD等领域极具开发和应用价值。研究表明激光辐照可以调控氧化锌薄膜内载流子浓度,并显著增强其室温下的紫外发光性能。但是,过量的激光辐照会引起材料微结构变化从而导致薄膜的光电性能下降,拉曼光谱作为监测材料质量缺陷,探测微观物相结构的有力手段,得到了广泛应用。
