Abstract：
建设高等教育强国是一个整体工程。必须形成多样化、多层次、多类型和开放性的高等教育体系,各级各类学校分别在这个＂金字塔＂中找准位置、找好位置,将学校办好办强;要发挥地方重点大学在建设高等教育强国中的生力军作用,使其成为地方区域经济、社会发展和科技创新的重要力量;以提高教育质量为核心,提升地方重点大学的核心竞争力。
