Abstract：
高校教学秘书是设置在院(系)的教学管理人员,是教学管理信息上传下达的桥梁,是教学工作正常运转的纽带。高校教学秘书必须明确自己的职责,具有较高的思想道德素质、较高的专业水平,及扎实的业务能力,并且与时俱进,开拓创新,才能适应新形势下高等教育的发展需求。
