Abstract:

采用水解改性PAN超滤膜作为基膜,以壳聚糖为聚阳离子,通过动态加压强化组装技术复合壳聚糖(CS),制备聚电解质渗透汽化复合膜,考察了不同成膜条件和膜性能评价条件对聚离子复合膜渗透汽化性能的影响.实验测定了复合膜对醇/水体系的分离性能,发现在仅复合一层,复合压力0.2 MPa,壳聚糖浓度0.50%时,复合膜对95%乙醇/水体系(60℃),渗透通量为230 g/(m~2·h),分离因子达422.
