Abstract:
以聚丙烯腈中空纤维膜为基膜,采用动态层-层吸附成膜法,将聚乙烯亚胺/聚丙烯酸派对组装在纤维内表面,试制内皮层中空纤维渗透汽化膜组件.考察了派对数、装填密度、膜丝长度等条件对组件性能的影响.结果表明,当复合派对数达到3.5时,透过液中水含量可达95%以上;当装填密度达到500 m~2/m~3时,渗透汽化效果下降较为明显;膜丝长度对渗透汽化效果影响不大.
